"We went (couple) to the Holiday Park between Aug 24-31, and I must say, there are positive and less positive things about the entire experience. However, a small disclaimer: our experience could be different than yours as rooms, period, and preferences between ours and yours - the potential hotel customer, may be different. Staff: Mixed feelings. Most of them were just doing their job, had a neutral tone, and looked to me very tired. I know where this comes from - same people are serving at the bars, taking away the dishes, and cleaning the floors. I don't have anything special to say about them. Rooms: we got the bad luck to be placed in the 6120 room. Smaller than expected, no light bulb, curtains always pulled on, since everyone from the lobby terrace can see what is in your room, and what's happening there. If you are given this room, try to change it. It was an economy room, sold as standard land view. Cleaning: they took the garbage every day and supply the room with water and soap also on a daily bases, but real cleaning happens once in three days. (i.e. wiping the floor, cleaning the dust, sand, in the room, perfuming it a bit, changing the towels - real cleaning). Food: For me, it was okay. Fruits, rice, fries, beef, wraps, pide, sausages - great. Sweets - so/so. I must admit, that if you are not familiar with traditional spices Turkish people eat or have in their food, you will find a bit of discomfort in eating everything. Yet, this hotel is a place where national ethnics, among tourists come to relax, and enjoy their free time - so I understand the full picture. Facilities: Main restaurant - too crowded in the evening, you can't find a table to sit if you come between 19:15-19:45. Yet it's spacious. Snack bar - life saving before lunch if you are hungry - they serve decent food (fries, beef burgers, wraps, sandwiches). Beach bar - enjoyed the beer. Cocktails are made differently depending on who is serving you. A selection of only 6 cocktails are available, and they are not the most popular. Lobby bar - similar to the beach bar in terms of service. Big plus - the a/c Hammam - paid 25$ for it. Includes 1h massage, and the Hammam service itself. Worths the price. A la carte restaurant - I am not a big fan of fish, so didn't try it. It is a fish-specialized restaurant. Reservations are made between 10-11 am. Location: a good one in Alanya. There is a tourist-oriented mall in the neighbourhood. All prices in USD/EUR. In other words $1=€1. Prices are decent though. The beach: well taken care of. They are cleaning it every night. The beach is rocky, so I strongly advise to take special shoes for it. If you don't have them, you can buy at the local souvenir shop in the hotel. We paid $10 for one pair. In all three hotels in the same line, only Holiday Park seems to have a real and working lifeguard. Big plus for that. Entertainment: diverse, themed, interesting, engaging. Strongly recommend. Also here - the ladies from the mini club have the good tradition to start every evening with a mini disco for kids in the amphitheatre. In the end - the hotel worths the price, and the general 4 star rating on Google Maps. You get what you paid for. Thank you to the Turkish people for their generosity."

"A lovely, beautiful hotel! wonderful animation, Oscar's team is just super. Oscar is a wonderful presenter and a kind, responsive person. Nargiza and Emmanuel are just a miracle, the kids are always under supervision! for a family holiday, it is a great choice!"

"Five star hotel lol okay… don’t waste your time nor your money. Food choices were the same everyday, you had nothing to choose from throughout my stay I ate nothing but cucumbers, and alittle bit of pasta salad. One night I decided to try something new I got food poisoning throwing up all night and had diarrhea I was down for the whole night, half the time you picked up a plate in the restaurant it was dirty, oh and buffet? lol it’s only basically a certain amount of time in the morning, lunch is at okay time but after lunch shuts down you don’t have any food but the same nasty shit in the snack bar, limited on alcohol choices it’s either vodka or gin. Oh, and rooms don’t even get me started on the rooms. GROSS!! Mold in showers light fixtures half falling off, just didn’t feel clean in that room at all blanket had a stain, definitely don’t have black out curtains in every room also I have one single curtain for my room that covered nothing..ALSO HOW RIDICULOUS IS IT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI after spending so much money on the hotel itself lol five star if I could give the 0 stars I would bc I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pick a different hotel unless you want food poisoning and your vacation ruined going home sick as a dog!"

"Never again. 3 of 4 people got the worst food poisoning, needing trip to the doctor and antibiotics. Food is limited, no names for the foods and the restaurant smelled bad. In hotel room there was a foul smell coming from bathroom. Sun and sea was good. Ice cream was served only from 14 until ice cream lasted. Upper floor rooms were ok, but everything is old and worn out. Warning-Massage guy made a video call while massaging. There is only small bazaar near hotel and that is it- withiut the car there is nothing to do around the hotel."
